Return Policy

Wayrumble products are printed on demand, and Wayrumble will not accept any returns products in any cases. In this event, the product may be kept at customer’s disposal.

If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free. Please also see our Refund policy here.

We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your shipping information before submitting your order. After that, please also review your order in email confirmation to make sure that you checkout with the right item!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at support@wayrumble.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can not be cancelled.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

THE PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT CUSTOMERS HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT:

The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination, but the buyer claims they did not receive the package.

We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact their carrier (i.e, USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location. 

Then customers can get back to us with written or recoded confirmation that the package is lost from the carrier, we will act accordingly to the customers' best interest.
